Is Poway worth it salary-wise?

Hi all, It's a a smaller city city with about 48,515 people. You can expect to pay around $2,261 for rent here. Rent is about $2,261/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much growing but now it's hit or miss.

I've lived in The Heights for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Diverse dining options
- The cost of living scene is decent

The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for families. Feel free to reach out with questions..
