First post here. Been living here since 2018. Crime rate is something to consider -Powder Springs sits at 970.8 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
