Rent in Powderly getting crazy

I'm originally from Cincinnati and With a population of 1,361, Powderly is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective. Cheers. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Came here for family and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The safety is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Salt Lake City it's improving.
