Moving to Powell -what should I know?

I work in consulting and Homes are going for about $493,500 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
