Powell housing prices -when will it stop?
So, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $2,236 for rent here. Homes are going for about $493,500 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
