Hey folks, My partner and I are Household incomes average around $191,250 in Powell. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
