Curious what people think. I've been here for 12 years and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $2,236 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
