What surprised you most about Prairie Ridge?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 12,054, Prairie Ridge is a small town. Median household income is $110,795, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up.
