Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 13 years and Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Prairieville sits at 498.8 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,225 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Let me know your thoughts. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
