Hi all, We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $302,200, which seems about average. The city has invested a lot in new development. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
