Random thought, I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 38,850 people. Rent is about $1,250/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
