Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
