First post here. Just moved here 5 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,250 for rent here. Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Let me know your thoughts. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
