Longtime lurker here, Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $603,200 on average. It's a a small town city with about 18,538 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
