Co-working spaces in Prescott Valley?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a smaller city city with about 48,048 people. You can expect to pay around $1,471 for rent here. The median home value here is around $376,300, which seems about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Bought a house here in 2024 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 1 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Maple Ridge side vs the Lakewood side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
