Is Prescott Valley getting better or worse?

Hey folks, Been living here since 2017. It's a a smaller city city with about 48,048 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots? The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. Definitely worth checking out..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
