What I wish I knew before living in Prescott Valley

Random thought, We have two kids and People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

I'm a teacher and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want healthcare, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 14 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Came here for family and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The nightlife is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Lakewood area are improving. Kids love it here.

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great sushi places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
