Curious what people think. I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider -Prichard sits at 1,409.8 per 100K. Homes are going for about $79,900 on average. Rent is about $876/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
