Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. With a population of 19,121, Prichard is a small town. You can expect to pay around $876 for rent here. Median household income is $35,331, which feels on the lower side for the area. The median home value here is around $79,900, which is actually reasonable. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
