Biggest downsides of living in Prien?

Curious what people think. Crime rate is something to consider -Prien sits at 2,669.2 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs?

Raising a family in Prien -thoughts?

Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here...
