Anyone else love living in Priest River?

First post here. Been living here since 2008. It's a a small town city with about 2,058 people. The median home value here is around $271,500, which seems about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Is this normal for Priest River...
