Moving to Prince George for work -advice?

Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Prince George sits at 376.4 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any help is appreciated.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Greenfield area are underrated. Kids love it here.
