Hey everyone, It's a a small town city with about 3,461 people. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
