Should I move to Princeton or stay in Chicago?

Anyone else feel this way? Homes are going for about $386,000 on average. Household incomes average around $82,130 in Princeton. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Does this match your experience? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cultural scene. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.

The food scene here is underrated. Tons of great sushi places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Baltimore it's improving.
