Working in Princeton -salaries realistic?

Been meaning to ask this. Household incomes average around $57,682 in Princeton. Rent is about $739/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $131,300, which is actually reasonable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Nashville it's decent.
