Is it worth buying in Princeton Meadows?

Hello, With a population of 15,382, Princeton Meadows is a small town. Rent is about $1,937/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Does this match your experience? TIA! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Bought a house here in 2016 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone about the same since then.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in The Heights area are tough. Kids love it here.
