Princeton Meadows vs Austin -which is better?

Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $1,937/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $124,065 in Princeton Meadows. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
