Hey everyone, I've been here for 19 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Princeton sits at 31.6 per 100K. Rent is about $2,448/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Princeton? The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
