Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a smaller city city with about 30,451 people. The median home value here is around $1,040,400, which is pretty steep. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
