Anyone else feel this way? I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -Princeton sits at 288.7 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Bought a house here in 2022 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.
I've been here 7 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the food scene is legit. And if you're into running, this place is tough.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the Fairview side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
