Hi all, Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,245/month for a decent place. With a population of 11,187, Prineville is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 11,187 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Prineville sits at 362.6 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The city has invested a lot in new development.
