Hey, Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $1,245 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Prineville sits at 362.6 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.
