Is public transit usable in Prineville?

First post here. It's a a small town city with about 11,187 people. What are your go-to spots? The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.
