Raising a family in Privateer -thoughts?
I'm a 52-year-old restaurant manager and Household incomes average around $49,861 in Privateer. Crime rate is something to consider -Privateer sits at 788.6 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think?
