Household incomes average around $65,375 in Proctor. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? Thanks in advance! Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 14 years ago from Boston and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Fairview. It's decent for what you get.
Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in retail. If you're in tech you might struggle.
People: Generally improving. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.
