Best kept secrets of Progress Village, FL

First post here. Born and raised here. Median household income is $85,814, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 10,378, Progress Village is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 10,378 people. Poverty rate is 7.2%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in East area are challenging. Kids love it here.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.

I'm a writer and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is underrated and there's always something going on.
