Should I move to Prospect Park or stay in Phoenix?

OK so It's a a small town city with about 6,286 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Most overrated things about Prospect Park

Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Boston and Household incomes average around $48,615 in Prospect Park. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
