OK so The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Thoughts?

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is underrated in most areas.

I've lived in Riverside for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good schools in most areas
- The nightlife scene is tough
The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Property taxes are high
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Definitely worth checking out..

Bought a house here in 2021 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
