Moving to Providence for work — advice?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but The unemployment rate is 4.8%, which is about average. Household incomes average around $66,772 in Providence. Homes are going for about $322,800 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Came here for school and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The public transit is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The traffic is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
