Best industries in Providence Village right now

The median home value here is around $321,300, which seems about average. Median household income is $105,469, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.

I've been here 5 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Highland side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is better than expected.
