Hi all, Rent is about $1,152/month for a decent place. Median household income is $62,800, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
