I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $437,100 on average. It's a a mid-size city city with about 114K people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
