Best neighborhoods to rent in Prudenville?

Been meaning to ask this. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $167,300 on average. You can expect to pay around $788 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Thanks in advance! Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
