First post here. Been living here since 2010. Homes are going for about $760,200 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
