Affordable areas near Pueblo?

First post here. The median home value here is around $230,900, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,020/month for a decent place. With a population of 112K, Pueblo is a mid-size city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Nice parks and trails
- Growing food scene
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Sprawl everywhere
- Limited cultural events
- Homelessness issues downtown
Thoughts? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
