Hey, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $230,900, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $230,900 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
