Should I move to Pueblo or stay in Atlanta?

Hey folks, I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $1,020 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

I'm a writer and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.
