Is Pueblo West still affordable?

Hey, Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.

I work in consulting here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is surprisingly good. Happy to answer more specific questions..
