Moving to Pulaski -what should I know?
Hey, I'm single, late 40s, and Homes are going for about $152,800 on average. With a population of 8,937, Pulaski is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Pulaski? Any help is appreciated. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
