Relocating to Purcell, OK -pros and cons?

Random thought, Military spouse here. Rent is about $871/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $60,529 in Purcell. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
